PRIOR INFORMATION TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER
1. We carry out the activity of insurance distribution on behalf of the client, providing advice based on an objective and personalized analysis as dictated by the Private Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution Law, thus guaranteeing the protection of client rights.
2. For your knowledge, and for the purposes legally provided for in the insurance distribution law, we inform you that this insurance broker/brokerage:
a) Complies with all the requirements established in the Law, being registered in the Special Administrative Registry of Insurance Brokers, Reinsurance Brokers and their Senior Officials with the code number J-0029-CAC, which you can verify in the website of the General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds www.dgsfp.mineco.es

b) Has signed a Professional Civil Liability policy with LLOYD'S and has legally established financial capacity, all in compliance with the provisions of the Private Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution Law

c) It has an outsourced customer service department, in charge of dealing with and resolving their complaints and claims, through AUNNA ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE BUSINESSES, whose details are as follows: AUNNA CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT at C/ Doctor Fleming 53 28036 Madrid atencionalcliente@aunnaasociacion.es, phone 910339615.

d) The brokerage, as the data controller, has established the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU, which makes available to you a separate document containing the policy informative.

e) The nature of the remuneration received in relation to the insurance contract is established in the form of a commission and is paid by the Insurance Entity.

3. This brokerage lacks links of social participation with insurance companies in both directions. Insurance brokers/brokers are the only professionals empowered to advise you from the strictest independence and impartiality, with respect to insurance entities. For this reason, the advice that we submit for your consideration has been based on an objective analysis, consisting of a generalized analysis of insurance contracts offered by a sufficient number of insurance entities that operate in the market, considering what corresponds to your request within of an assessment of merits to find a correct personalized recommendation of coverage to your requirements and needs
